Caribou is a domestic and international packet and parcel consolidator that puts people, technology and service at the heart of everything it does. Headquartered in Manchester we collaborate with over 500 retailers globally and deal with a nationwide network of clients, integrating with all major selling platforms and shippers.


We’re expanding vastly and we’re looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to help us grow even further. You will be working remotely with travel around the Reading area.


We're offering a competitive basic salary plus a fantastic commission structure and a company car.


Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve new business sales targets by developing relationships with new customers

• You will manage your own diary and develop your own portfolio of opportunities.

• Generate own leads and opportunities and follow up on any leads and referrals

• Own the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale

• Arrange meetings and prospect for new business

• Negotiate sale (price, costs, delivery and specifications) with buyers and close the sale

• Maintain sales pipeline using CRM software

• Drive revenue growth with new customers
